Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at www.fontanaconcreteworks.com and your engagement with Onestop Fontana Concrete for concrete services.
By using this website or requesting services from Onestop Fontana Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who submits an inquiry or request for service.
Onestop Fontana Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contractor services in Fontana, California and surrounding cities in the Inland Empire. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, pool decks, garage floors, decorative concrete, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a signed written agreement between you and Onestop Fontana Concrete before work begins. Submitting a request through our website or contacting us by phone does not constitute a service agreement and does not obligate either party to proceed with any project.
Estimates provided by Onestop Fontana Concrete are based on information available at the time of the assessment, including measurements, site conditions, and the scope of work described by the customer. All estimates are provided in writing before work begins.
An estimate is not a fixed-price guarantee. If site conditions, material costs, or the scope of work change after an estimate is issued, we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would affect the final price. No additional charges will be applied without your prior written approval.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Material and labor costs can change, and we reserve the right to revise pricing if work has not started within the validity period.
Project start dates are scheduled after a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, permit processing times, and weather conditions.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain during curing windows, or high winds. We will notify you as early as possible and will work with you to find an alternative date.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered or crews have been committed may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, up to the amount of costs actually incurred.
Payment terms are outlined in your written project agreement. Typical terms include a deposit at the time of signing, with the balance due upon completion and your acceptance of the finished work. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by project size and will be stated clearly in your agreement.
Accepted payment methods are specified in your project agreement. Payments are due on the dates stated in the agreement. Late payments may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is less.
If a balance remains unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date and we are required to take action to collect it, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by law.
To allow us to complete your project on schedule and to specification, you agree to:
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by a failure to meet these responsibilities.
Where required by the City of Fontana or other applicable jurisdiction, Onestop Fontana Concrete will obtain the necessary building permits before work begins. Permit fees will be included in your written estimate. Work will not start until required permits are approved. You agree to allow us to coordinate any required city inspections on your behalf. Permits remain the property of the permit holder as designated by the issuing authority.
Onestop Fontana Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in conformance with the specifications in your written agreement. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in that agreement.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Except as expressly stated in your written agreement, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by California law.
Onestop Fontana Concrete's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific work that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of use, loss of income, or damages to property not directly caused by our work, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you in full.
